Ann M. Weaver |
Ann M. Weaver earned her B.A. in English in 1988 at Shippensburg University. She earned her certification in Secondary English Education in 1990 at Kutztown University. She earned her M.Ed. in Secondary Curriculum and Instruction in 2006 at Penn State University. She earned her Supervisor Certificate in 2014 at Kutztown University.
She began teaching Special Methods in English: Secondary School Curriculum for the Education Department part-time in 2014 while still teaching high school English in the public school system.
In 2021, she left the high school classroom to become more involved with Muhlenberg’s Education Department as a supervisor of student teachers and to continue her work as lecturer.
Her research interests include Holocaust education, brain science and media literacy.
