The Faculty

One of the highlights of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship program is that our students have the opportunity to learn from experienced, practicing entrepreneurs. All of our dedicated entrepreneurship faculty have founded their own ventures and worked for multiple startups. Our faculty brings not just breadth and depth of academic knowledge, but the lessons learned by doing.

Dr. Kecia Sturdivant is a distinguished educator and entrepreneurial leader with over 25 years of experience in higher education. She is the Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center at Muhlenberg College's Fahy Commons, where she focuses on initiatives that promote innovation, creativity, and social responsibility. Dr. Sturdivant is also an Adjunct Professor at Muhlenberg College and West Chester University, inspiring students to pursue their dreams and achieve their full potential. Additionally, she is an active community leader, recently presenting at the Caring Place in Allentown to Black Wall Street entrepreneurs and community leaders. She serves as a Board Member on The Council for Retail and Sales and is the founder of UROCEO, an initiative dedicated to empowering students through personalized mentorship, resources, and guidance. Dr. Sturdivant's commitment to fostering a more equitable and innovative educational landscape is evident in her multifaceted contributions.

Greg Heller-LaBelle is the program’s Entrepreneur in Resident. Greg is also the former CEO and Co-Founder at The Colony Meadery in Allentown, PA. He is a thought leader in the craft beverage sector and very active in the local entrepreneurial community in the Lehigh Valley. At his prior start-up, FastFig, Greg participated in the highly prestigious tech accelerator program DreamIt Ventures.
