Eric Schwartz is an internationally-experienced entrepreneurial professional with nearly 40 years of experience working in technology-based manufacturing companies. Eric has a successful track record leading nationwide sales and marketing teams, and has driven new product development and product positioning efforts at multiple companies. He specializes in helping companies conceptualize and commercialize products that stretch their standard portfolio. His multi-market background helps him rapidly assimilate new information and become immediately effective in new environments.

Eric also has a deep background in operations and is a graduate of General Electric’s prestigious Manufacturing Management Program. As the President and CEO of Windkits, he fused a 100-person, three-shift manufacturing workforce into a highly effective team, with direct reports in production, quality, operations/sales, finance and supply chain. His teams drove productivity improvements that resulted in considerable reduction in the cost of goods sold.

As a consultant, he has helped companies with everything from high-level business strategy to finding joint venture partners and understanding the competitive landscape around product line extensions. He has also helped companies explore complex technical manufacturing options, improve processing alternatives and has conducted operational, quality and safety audits at multiple facilities worldwide.

Mr. Schwartz has lived and worked outside the United States multiple times, leading teams in complex cross-cultural environments. Having been central to a few startups, he has insider knowledge of what works and what doesn’t during the early stages of business operations.

He is a graduate of Worcester Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and holds a Continuous Improvement Green Belt certification.
