The LC Commons supports the overall mission of the Department and of the College by consistently providing quality information, technological resources, and relevant professional expertise that facilitate the effective use of technology in support of academic pursuits within languages, literatures, and cultures.
We provide comprehensive support for students as well as proactive outreach and assistance for the faculty in the Department. The LC Commons supports the effective and innovative use of technologies for teaching and learning, research, and college service. We provide consultation and guidance in the following areas:
- Implementation of instructional technologies to assist pedagogical goals
- Assistance with instructional design
- Selection and application of appropriate technologies to meet teaching and learning, research, and college service needs
- Exploration of emerging technologies
