Academic Advising

Academic advising at Muhlenberg is a collaborative partnership between a student and their faculty advisors. 

Each student navigates the Muhlenberg curriculum together with their faculty advisors, who guide them through pathways to success and timely degree completion while simultaneously inviting them to explore the rich possibilities that a Muhlenberg Liberal Arts education provides.

Goals for the advising partnership are that students will:

• Communicate regularly with advisors to discuss their academic progress and other college concerns;
• Develop and refine an ongoing academic plan based on areas of interest and possible areas of studies;
• Feel confident in making their own decisions pertaining to academic and career goals.
• Know the resources on campus that will help them to succeed;
• Comfortably navigate Workday to keep track of degree and graduation requirements.
