The doctors and nurses at the Health Center do not provide medical excuses for missed classes. Students who miss class or an exam as a result of a medical issue are advised to be proactive and contact their professors via email or phone to report the absence(s) and to develop a plan to make-up the missed work. For extraordinary circumstances involving a serious medical condition, please contact the Director of Student Health Services (484-664-3199). No medical information will be given by phone as it relates to absences.
