Christopher Ossont
Associate Director of the Residential Experience
Chris joins the Muhlenberg College residence life team from Lehigh University. He served as an Assistant Director of Residence Life, working with the residential curriculum, Resident Hall Association, and various assessment projects. He began his journey in higher education at Moravian College, serving in different student leadership roles in residence life and student involvement. After undergrad, he attended Shippensburg University to obtain a Master of Science in College Counseling, focusing on College Student Personnel. While there, he served as a Residence Director focusing on advising and student staff development. Currently, he is working on a Doctorate of Education in Education Leadership, focusing on Higher Education from Rowan University. His research focus is on the intersection of residential curriculums and restorative practices.
