Roneka Jones
Assistant Director of Resident Advisor Recruitment & Development
Roneka started her professional journey in July of 2022 as the Area Director for Upperclass Traditional Housing at Muhlenberg. She received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and minor in Women's and Gender Studies and completed her Masters in College Counseling & Student Affairs from Shippensburg University. This is her first experience working in Residence Life and supervising Resident Advisors. Roneka's passions and experiences are in Multicultural Affairs, Student Conduct, Pride Centers, Counseling, and Career Services. She values developing student leaders and mentoring students for success. She believes that people can change and grow into the person they want and are meant to be. As an AD, her goal is to make sure every resident she encounters feels safe, heard, understood and can call Muhlenberg home.
